Sea Heating and Air Conditioning

They were on time, polite and professional. They stayed with the original proposal charge even when they ran into some adaptations they didn't anticipate. I waited over a year to put this in, partly out of procrastination and partly to see how the unit functioned when we went through some 106 degree days. It was a blessing! The price included 2 follow-up services. This is a small company, who does big jobs.

We were SO impressed!  The technician was so conscientious and concerned for our wellbeing!  He came out promptly and stayed to ensure that our unit was working!  They even said that if the part wasn't working, they would apply the cost for that visit toward the cost of a new unit!  Who does that?  The part they installed bought us time in order for us to save for a new unit this year.  Our old unit is from 1980.  It really is time to replace it.  They gave us a reasonable quote to replace the new unit too!  Honest and caring company!

We own a 1986 mobile home, which has an original Coleman AC/Heating combination unit. The AC stopped working on a Sunday evening while we were experiencing 97 and 98 degree temperatures with 100 degree expected the next day.  We called Sea on Monday, Labor Day. They returned our call the following morning and arrived shortly afterward. The fan wasn't working but was making a funny clicking sound, so we turned everything off including the pilot light, which is supposed to remain on.  Randy arrived, diagnosed the problem, a bad capacitor. In order to remove the old capacitor, Randy would have to remove the large drum, which would have taken a long time. Instead, he re-routed the wiring to the front of the drum, leaving the old inactive capacitor in place, and added the new capacitor, which took a much shorter time. We would never have known the difference if he chose to go the costlier route. He then relighted the pilot light, which is very difficult to do on these old units, which we've learned  in the 8 years we've been here.  We were impressed by the honesty and professionalism of this company. We will definitely call them for all future repairs.

He showed up on time and worked hard all day until the job was done. Workers were very polite and careful in the house and now my house is very comfortable. His price was just outstanding, half the price of Sears and forty percent less than Lowes. I am thrilled with this company and would recommend them to everyone.
