First didn't want to exchange a fountain that fell and broke. Then they agreed to the exchange as they were the ones who installed it. Most of the workers are professional, especially the managment; female floor staff employees need to be at the impressive level of the products the store sells, otherwise they reflect badly on the store name and quality.
