OMEGA FLOORS

The removal of existing carpet was done efficiently. The preparation of the floor area throughout the home required meticulous measurements of baseboard cuts to be made for new hardwood floor to be inserted under. This was key since baseboards did not have to be removed and no shoe (quarter round) molding was used. Also there were many floor angles that required precise cuts of hardwood to fit perfectly. There was existing tile in kitchen and bathroom areas that hardwood flooring was perfectly fitted to. Filler grout was used for all tile and hardware interfaces requiring no T-molding to be used.
Omega Floors was expertly represented by 3 gentlemen who are masters of their profession and completed this work over the course of 3 days -- including their working at their discretion on July 4th for completion. They were prompt every day in their arrival. They ensured that the project was clean when complete. In particular, Joseph (the owner) ensured attention to every detail -- perfect under baseboard cuts, perfect wood cuts, perfect wood run matching, perfect tile and wood finish.
In summary, the finesse with which Omega Floors executed the job displayed great skill and artistry.

Everything went well.  Omega was terrific at following up and responding to calls, the crew was polite, and they did excellent work.
