ONE BAD APPLE... Northern Energy supplied us with propane service for approximately 2+ years. In that time they provided exceptional service from the field personnel to the office staff. Northern Energy lost their lease to the Lincoln location and that's where the problem began. We were in need of service and I tried repeatedly to contact the office without success. I called and spoke with the staff in their Woodland office who passed the message on to the manager of the Lincoln plant, no response. I called and left him messages to no avail. Again called the Woodland office and they sent the manager in Lincoln an e-mail and a text, no response. ( They were trying ) This went on for approximately 2 weeks. I then began looking at other options, found that Northern's price was about .55 -.85 cents per gallon higher than their competitors. Out of the blue a delivery driver pulls up to fill, (very nice employee), I stopped him, told him what had been going on and that I wanted to speak with the manager. He said , and quot;no problem, I'll get him on the phone.and quot; Well it even took him several attempts and calls to the office for help in trying to locate him. When he finally did the manager did not want to speak with me and stated, (phone was on speaker) and quot;let him find another company, he'll be back.and quot; So I did. Too bad that one bad employee destroyed what was once a nice business relationship...

They are just fine. I have one tank and they do not service it; they fill it up.
