Michelle's Cleaning

Not recommended at all! First of all let me start with Michelle the manager on the phone who promised to send people for deep cleaning is totally rip off and rude as you can imagine, she sits on the other side of phone at home and doesn?t do anything except charging you as you please for the work which have zero value. She never showed up at my house! Just sent two girls who is constantly on their headphones and if you ask something they won?t even hear it! In the middle of Cleaning I asked girls to wipe out the couch, she started to text me that I?m asking too much and it will be extra hours, fine with me but it takes 2 min. Then the juicer came along which takes 5 min to clean for them it?s too much. Stay away from rip off & unprofessional company my recommendation.

Could not have gone BETTER! I I am very meticulous and extremely particular. After 4 previous cleaners I was dismayed with their cleaning and poor attitudes. Honestly, I was ready to give up on finding a cleaner, until I found Michelle! What a breath of fresh air. Michelle arrived on time, with supplies and ready to work. She even mopped under the furniture, i.e. dressers, credenzas and bookcases, without me asking. Michell is a keeper and I will look no further. Michell gets an A+ and I highly recommend her.

Michelle is amazing! She was available on short notice and showed up for a consult very organized with a checklist and we discussed everything that needed to be done. She performed the work that same day and the house was spotless! I was so pleased with her work that I quickly hired her again. Thank you Michelle!!

Michelle was very thorough throughout my home when cleaning and I was very pleased with her professionalism, prompt readiness and handling my last minute changes without giving me any hassle. Highly recommended and will definitely hire her for further cleanings.
