Did not disclose huge roach problem in the property, and then took weeks to get an exterminator out there. Had to spend out of pocket to put traps in every room and spray perimeter of the property in the meantime. Did not fix almost anything that was requested, in over a year, and was extremely unpleasant when we called about any issues. A cabinet was broken when we moved in and was pointed out on the initial walk through, and was never fixed and now WE are being charged for it. The only thing that ever got fixed were a few holes in a wall and a hole in a door that were there when we moved in. Had to pay out of pocket to have the place cleaned after moving in because carpets smelled like cigarettes and there was ash on windowsills despite being told previous renters weren't smokers. We had the place professionally cleaned ourselves after moving out and he wants to charge us an additional cleaning fee. Did not provide 60 day written notice when owner of the property decided to sell. He sent an email a month after verbal notice with the same move out deadline. We're looking at not getting any of our deposit back despite leaving the place undamaged and cleaner than when we moved in, and leaving before our deadline. I will not be dealing with this company again, and neither will my roommates who were renting with me.
