Nathan returned my call for an appointment promptly and showed up exactly on the time scheduled. He did an excellent job, is very polite and professional. The carpets look like new and the colors sparkle! Another positive, the carpets dry quickly, indicating he uses superior equipment to extract the solution. I've used Hi-Tech for several years and I'm always pleased with the job they do.

I used Hi-Tech because a co-worker recommended them, having used the company several times over the years. My whole house is carpeted (1840 sq ft) and I had it all cleaned then scotch-guarded. The technician, once he arrived (he was about 30 minutes late and didn't call to let me know), was professional and quick. The entire process took less than 2 hours. Carpets looked great afterwards. I will use them again.

Alex was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. If you need your carpets cleaned, this is the guy. I thought the price was reasonable, but I knocked him down one grade because it went up from the estimate given over the phone once he actually saw the house, due to the size of the two main rooms. The rooms were indeed large and I thought the final price was still fair; however I think they should inform customers when they do a phone estimate that rooms exceeding such-and-such dimensions would be charged as two rooms. I could have provided actual measurements to them or had them come out to estimate, instead of just giving a general description over the phone and then having the price adjust upwards once they were already on-site.

THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB AT REMOVING ALL OF THE PETS STAINS FROM OUR CARPET. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD FOR THE WORK THEY DID.

THE PERSON SENT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS PROMPT. THEY CALLED AHEAD TO REMIND ME AND GIVE AN APPROXIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY.
