They did a good job. It was great and looked good. It look better than ever. It makes a big difference. We were going to sell it, but getting it detailed work. We chose them because they were convenient and I've been to them before for just a regular car wash. It's been ages since I had my car washed and they did very good. They did it promptly. It was ready when they said. They did a great job.

Car wash is a little pricey but they do a great job.

Got an estimate for the work o be done which was very reasonable compared to other auto detail shops. This store is a full service car wash, detailing, and auto repair facility. It is well kept and the personnel are professional and friendly for what many consider just a car wash shop. I dropped my UV off in the morning as scheduled and it was ready by that afternoon. I was very pleased with the results...my vehicle looked brand new and better than it had in quite some time. No detail was missed on the inside or outside.
I have recommended this place to a number of friends and others who have asked about auto detailing work. I was originally referred to the store by and auto repair shop that had used their services for themselves.

Overall it was good, except you have to watch them. Go over your car before you leave, or 80% of the time you will need to go back (but won't). Small things, but just enough to do it yourself when u get home.
  The waiting area inside is OVERWHELMING with the scents of the candles, potpourris, etc. Nice offering of things to spend your money on.

Five Star Auto Care did a good job.

I have been going to this establishment since they opened years ago, and they have always been up front and honest to deal with.I've used them for all my vehicles, work and personal, for oil changes and for repairs. If anything they've always gone over and above what they were asked to repair.  Prices are competitive, and I've never left there feeling taken advantage of. The customer service there is also excellent and the people working are very  knowledgeable and polite. I have and I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know the needs automotive repairs.

This was my new car's first wash since driving it off the lot.  The webpage and ads say this place is a "Hand Car Wash". I'm thinking they probably do the absolute minimum with their hands so they can still call it a "hand wash", then they send it through the same old gauntlet of sprayers and blowers.  To make a long story short, there are now swirl marks all over my car, they did a mediocre job of conditioning the leather, the nooks and crannies seem to have been ignored, there are water spots to accompany my new swirl marks, and their overall professionalism was nonexistent.

They performed the work in a very timely manner, did a few extras for no charge, and presented me with a very clean and well-running auto.  This is very typical of my experiences with Five Star.  They are also a "green" facility.  The roof and covers over their work areas are covered with solar panels which generate most, if not all, their electrical needs.  Also the solutions they use in the car wash area are environmentally friendly.  They are always very professional and friendly and I always feel I'm getting good value. 

We have used this auto repair and maintenance center for over 7 years now. There prices are competative. The most important thing to me is that they are honest. These guys are not trying to get you to buy a service or part you don't need. I have made the mistake of getting my oil changed at a tire shop other then 5 STAR one time out of convenience. What a mistake, that company said I needed over $300 dollars in repairs. Took it to 5 STAR, and they said absolutely not....there was no need for any of the repairs. I won't even buy tires now without 5 STAR confirming the need for it. I have had 2 local tire stores tell me I need new tires ASAP, and 5 STAR took a look and said not so. I will not take my car anywhere but here. My husband and I have had both of our cars for 7 years now with no real issues thanks to 5 STAR.

I use them often, and I am very pleased with them. They have always been very competitive in price. They have often times listed some work that should be done, but when they get in to the car sometimes they find it unnecessary. They will tell me it is unnecessary, they don't do the work, and therefore I don't get charged for it.

We have been taking our three vehicles to them for quite awhile now. They are honest, and do a very good job. If there is something that they can't fix, they will refer us to someone that can fix it.
