Family Comfort Heating & Cooling

Tom from Family Comfort just left here after installing a new capacitor to replace the burnt-out unit in our heat pump. I told the company when requesting service that I had no idea why our A/C abruptly quit during a blistering summer heat spell, and I was prepared for much worse. Within minutes of arriving—much to my surprise and delight—Tom correctly identified and remedied the problem at a much lower price point than I was expecting. Candy (dispatcher) was able to schedule same-day service to accommodate my timelines perfectly, and Tom arrived precisely at the appointed hour. I'm not sure how much more you could ask of a company. (It should be noted, however, that Tom failed to bring me a nice pastrami sammitch for lunch as a matter of routine courtesy, but aside from that I really can’t ding them in any way). Prompt, Prepared & Professional, they are my go-to team from now on for anything HVAC related.

He is a good guy, cares about his customers, does a great job on his work. Will use him in the future. 

Prices are more than reasonable. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. Does little things for me as well at no extra charge. 

If there is an issue he corrects right away even if they are not his own. 

Very dependable.
