Master shower rebuild and marble tile job. Emerald saved the day by removing a faulty shower (installed by a previous contractor) and then they built and tiled a gorgeous new shower for us.

The project was to install new porcelain tile which had appearance of marble for counter and ceramic tile for back splash, plus set in a new sink. It turned out perfectly to my complete satisfaction. The tiles were balanced and level and fit perfectly around the sink. I wanted a very narrow grout line which gave the appearance of a solid surface and I provided the grout powder since I was very particular about the colors, which they accommodated. They also suggested a very creative and intricate tile pattern for the backsplash behind the cooktop which involved considerably more tile cutting at no additional cost. The workers arrived on time, and totally cleaned up after themselves. I don't recall the full length of the project, but it was not that disruptive considering the extent of the project.
Description of Work
I contracted with Emerald tile to RE-DO a kitchen counter tile and back splash project that had been totally botched by a previous contractor. The previous contractor did not balance the tile placement and the tiles were not level. Also, the sink wasn't correctly installed. I rejected the work and had them tear everything out back to the wooden foundation. We reached a settlement based onthe requirement to re-purchase additional tile.

All went smoothly and efficiently.
Description of Work
Reset floor tile over heat wires without disrupting the circuits. Repaired shower grout. Appointments were convenient, agents were polite and knowledgeable, work is excellent both functional and cosmetic results. We would certainly call them again.
