Eco Clean Carpet and Tile Care

I'm glad I received this opportunity to give a review...it seemed no one else in the company cared about my experience. My first a experience a year ago the guy was super nice and had a great attitude. However my carpets were oversaturated with water/soap, and my couches were also over saturated with water/soap. This left a watermarks on every cushion which ruined my couches. I ended up having to redo my couches. The next service I let the technician know about the overuse of soap and he did a decent job, no complaints. I was surprised that the company never offered a credit or a discount for the unfortunate experience that I had. This last carpet cleaning on 4/2 was a absolute disaster. They were sending there top guy who trains all the employees to do my carpets to ensure a good cleaning. I wanted to do all rooms standard cleaning and the hallway deep cleaning. Well, the guy was an absolute jerk! I was shocked that he was going to charge me extra for area rugs on my carpet. They never charged me before? The area rug takes up almost the whole carpet.....so essentially he just cleaned about 2 ft around the perimeter of the rooms. Then he wrote up the bill before he got started and charged me a $10 tax surcharge? That's ridiculous, that's the cost of doing business, I don't charge my company for driving to work everyday. He said they always charge this but this was the first I was told and it never was on my receipts. At this point I was so disappointed and just told the guy to just do the standard cleaning, no deep cleaning. His attitude and response was appalling. He said" really? If that what you want, I was gonna deep clean your whole house, let me go dump everything and start over". Just nasty. I am not even sure he cleaned my carpets efficiently? What should have been done is he should have cleaned my area rugs and let me know next time this will be charged. He should have waived the gas text and let me know next time I will be charged. He should have offered some kinda of credit or discount for my ruining the couches. The gal that scheduled the appt. agreed with above, but never offered any resolution, she just said I will add that to your notes(that apparently no one reads). The thing to remember is when someone has a incredible customer service experience they usually tell 1-2 people. When someone has a bad experience they tell everyone!

Yesterday morning, Tech Dec Andre cleaned my carpet. Dec Andre was very professional. I have used Eco Clean in the past and will continue to use them in the future because of their excellent service.

Used several years ago on rentals and filthy carpets came out clean so decided to use on my home. My carpets had spots but not all came out and cleaner had a bad smell. I used rug doctor from Home Depot and got my carpets cleaner at a lesser price.

I have an old Persian rug and hired them to clean it on 10/16/18. The tech was very knowledgeable, Provided good recommendations. The price per sq. ft. was very reasonable. They also provide grout cleaning. I will definitely use them again.

It did not start off good, but Eco Clean came back and did a great job on our carpets. We appreciate they came back quickly to do a great job.

Great experience. I used one of their promotions I received via email. I booked an appointment online about 2 weeks out; I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called the office a couple of days later and confirmed everything. Staff is very responsive, helpful and friendly. They gave me a 2-hour window and called 30 mins before they showed up, as promised. They pre-treated the carpet which had some heavy stains plus I have animals and then cleaned them. They were in and out in just over an hour and the carpets look great. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent. I have had them to my home 5 times now. they are professional, do an excellent job, really personable people and their work is amazing, and the price beats anyone out there. I will only use Eco Clean.

The professional showed up on time, and the work completed was acceptable for what was done. There was some bait/switch with the deal. Offering cleaning for a two story, but that doesn't include stairs. The stairs would be $3 per step, for a total of $99, however there was only 15 steps, again some gaming going on with the pricing as $3 per step for 15 would have been only $45. You can't reach anyone to get a confirmed quote before they show up, all you do is go to their web site, make a purchase and then book. Then they start gaming the price once you've set aside time to be there for the appointment. Not recommended!

Carpet was dry when tech left, didn't smell clean, odor not removed, makeup and stains still present as they don't spot treat unless you pay extra, not provided with Groupon I guess the tech didn't even give an option for that, it was if they only vacuumed and in some areas used actual water solution. Terrible carpet is still so dirty I have scheduled another company to re-do. What a total waste of $250. I feel really ripped off by this company.

I have used only Echo cleaning carpet company for the last four years. Every tech that I have dealt with was professional and courteous.  this is the only company I will use my carpet. Maybe on occasion there is a problem but they will fix it. Nothing in life is perfect. But customer service will try to make it perfect

The first carpet cleaning was very good, the second absolutely amazing with pre-treatment, and the third time also very good--but not as good as the previous times. Everyone has been friendly, quick, and professional. I do think it's best if two people can do it together, though. I paid an additional amount to cover everything, including the stairs, the pre-treatment and Scochguard. I am satisfied, and will use them again!

The technician arrived on time, cleaned my very dirty carpet, and sprayed on something that has kept all but my living room and hall clean. We have LOTS of traffic.

My carpets look clean, but I know the day they are cleaned they always look good. Greg tried to upsell me the minute he walked in, before he did any work. I hate that. Starts the experience off on a negative note. I had bought the cleaning on Groupon for $89 to clean a 2500 sq ft house. Stairs not included nor moving furniture. As soon as he got here he showed me his and ldquo;selland rdquo; sheet which displayed the basic package which is what I bought. Then the next 3 levels of cleaning that he insisted I needed. Again, I did not like that at all. He told me pre-treatment of areas was not included in the basic package, so I did pay an additional $99 for that, but I would be hesitant to recommend him as I don't want my friends to be upsold either. There are too many carpet cleaners that I have used in the past that never tried to upsell me, and in fact I will go back to the one I used last time (I thought this was that company when I bought the Groupon). I finally just wrote out my check for the amount I decided to pay, before he could bother me again to tell me what I needed.
