THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND VERY PROMPT. I WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR ABILITY TO CLEAN CARPETS. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.
