Harold from Diamond-Brite was very responsive, calling me back right away. We originally scheduled the work for a Tuesday, but he called back and said he would like to come earlier, the Friday before. He did the work on that day as promised. The tile and the rock surrounding the pool does look better than it did. The pool is old (15 -20 years) and wish that the tile and the rock could look a little better, but this may be due more to the age of the pool and wear and tear over the years. Some equipment was left in the yard and he had to come back to pick it up later.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY ACCOUNTABLE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROMPT AND FLEXIBLE WITH ME.
