DIAL ONE SERVICE EXPERTS

Both Dial One and One Hour Heating and Air seem to be a training ground for new technicians.  I am not apposed to people being trained, but there needs to be someone with experience with them and in all these cases of maintenance, I am not confident that these technicians had proper training.

I would never recommend them for service or maintenance or installation.  Very disappointing.  I will always check the website of the product I am buying and contact the recommended expert to conduct maintenance or service.

The company reps came out quickly, gave their Best price right from the start and after 3 days (I think you have by law 3 days to cancel the order), they came in and in one day the system was running smoothly and quietly. We have a program where we got free financing for a year so we will pay monthly for one year.

The experience with them was lousy. I will never use them again. They didn't stay true to their timeline, a three day project turned into 5 months, and I'm still waiting for them to fix stuff.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM. THEY WERE REALLY QUICK ABOUT THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE A REALLY FRIENDLY COMPANY. I USE THIS COMPANY OFTEN.

I THOUGHT THAT IT WENT VERY WELL. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, SO I KNEW THAT THEY WOULD BE GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY TO HIRE. THEY CLEANED MY AIR DUCTS ON A DAYS NOTICE. I REALLY LIKED THE GUYS THAT THEY SENT TO MY HOME. THEY WERE REALLY NICE TO ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
