+ -1 moreIn the future, I would require a firm date for delivery and installation on the contract rather than accept a verbal promise regarding installation.
Description of Work: this company offered to modify our front doors by inserting glass panels to beautify our front entrance. They indicated that it would take 8 weeks to after an order was placed; however, after 8 weeks they continued to stall us and would not provide any firm installation date. Indeed they would not even tell us when they could call us back...
