window cleaning
 + -1 moreMr. Hernandez and his helper arrived promptly and went about their jobs professionally. However, the disparity of pricing over the phone and in realty was too great. I feel I was taken advantage of; and, if cleaning the tracks of washed windows is indeed an extra cost, then it should have been brought to my attention before the work was begin.
Description of Work: I verbally contracted (over the phone) for Daddy's Windows to clean my windows, both inside and outside, including the sunscreens. He gave me an estimate of $65 to $85 and said a firm number would be given after inspection of the job. When the company arrived I was given a set price of $150.00. Which I accepted. However, before they left I noticed the window tracks had not been cleaned. Dirt & water were left behind. When questioned, he said cleaning the tracks would have been extra! I believe cleaning the tracks should have been part of cleaning the widows!
