Window Cleaning
Mr. Hernandez and his helper arrived promptly and went about their jobs professionally. However, the disparity of pricing over the phone and in realty was too great. I feel I was taken advantage of; and, if cleaning the tracks of washed windows is indeed an extra cost, then it should have been brought to my attention before the work was begin.
