I installed blinds throughout my home when I moved in eight years ago, and over the years one or two began to break or need small adjustments. Due to a busy life, and overall procrastination, I let things go. Finally made the decision to make some changes and fix what needed to be fixed. California Window Fashions were able to schedule me in to their full schedule and my blinds were able to be fixed and I ordered a new blind for my bathroom that was exactly what I wanted. The technician who came out to install was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even when something was not right, he was able to make the assessment that it needed to be redone the right way. When every blind was installed, it was done with efficient, professional and excellent service. Each time I call I get a response right away and there is a genuine focus on making sure I am a satisfied customer. I am always going to use them for all my window fashion needs and I recommend this company with great enthusiasm.

Great! Sue (the lady who measured for the shutters) & the gentleman who installed them were both very personable & did a superb job. Sue even came out a second time to show us a small problem that was caused by tile we had installed several years ago in the kitchen. She gave us 2 different alternatives & wanted to make sure we understood what the issue was so we could make an informed decision.

TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF SO NO TO MARK UP THE HARDWOOD FLOORS.   VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND THE TIME IT TO TOOK TO DO THE INSTALL.  THE BEST PART IS THE PLANTATION SHUTTERS  WERE MADE IN AMERICA (WEST SACRAMENTO) NOT IN CHINA.

Very pleased with all our new window treatments up at Lake Tahoe.. They work well and are beautiful. Fantastic attention to detail by the owner and staff. Very eager to please, and to take the time to explain options, and how the product work. Willing to come back to fine-tune products that don't work or fit correctly. I have utilized the services of California Window Fashions in many of our homes over the past 12 years, and always with great pleasure in the results.

I highly recommend them. We've called them for subsequent warranty service issues and they have come out promptly each time. The price of service was competitive.

It was a very positive experience. They came to measure and then on the 2 nd visit brought the product with when they came to install.

The shutters took a few weeks to come in. The installation was fine and they were easy to work with.

Excellent! Randy Crum came to my home shortly after I spoke to him on the phone. He brought a sample and discussed with me what my options were. Then he measured the windows and wrote up the order. Thirteen days later, I received a call at work and Randy asked me if he could come to my home after work and install the shutters. The installation was fast. It took about one hour. They fit beautifully and were just what I wanted. Huge improvement over the mini-blinds that were on the windows previously. Randy was prompt, courteous and professional. The job could not have gone smoother. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
