 + -1 moreI didn't go with them because they were too expensive. I got my new screen for $300 less than what they quoted me. Barb was great. When I told her I couldn't get something that expensive, she was very understanding. She was kind, nice and hospitable.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for a new sliding shutter and a new screen. The screen alone was over $500.

 + -1 moreGreg called me back immediately, was enduringly patient as I look through a million samples, kept getting more for me from his truck and had some great aesthetic insight. I chose cordless cellular shades for several large windows including a huge picture window. He was extremely helpful in advising me which shades would work best with my window depth and alarm sensors. The order went quickly and smoothly and his installation was impeccable. He has such an attention to detail he installed a small shim on my window to make sure the blinds hung correctly and didn't leave until I (and he) was convinced they were perfect. He followed up and sent me extra handles. I will definitely be calling Greg again and couldn't be happier with the blinds he installed. The price seems high but is worth it for the clean look and lasting quality.

Description of Work: They never returned my request for a over the phone quote. I told them I had some narrower windows in the house that I couldnt buy off the shelf for, and was looking for a relatively inexpensive option for 6 windows in the front of my house. they invited me to give them dimensions over the phone (which i did) and they would call back with some price quotes. Despite calling at least 3 times and someone promising they would get back to me, they never did, so I gave up, and wont be trying with them anymore.

 + -1 moreGREG FIRST CAME AND SHOWED ME SOME SAMPLE BLINDS.I PICKED THE ONES FOR THE BATHROOM AND SHOWED HIM THE OTHER BLINDS I NEEDED. HE ORDERED THE CUSTOM ONES AND CALLED ME WHEN THEY WERE DUE, WICH WAS VERY TIMELY. HE CAME OUT, HUNG THE CUSTOM ONES AND THE OTHER ONES I NEEDED, CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, AND WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY. HE IS A VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY MAN AND I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM WHEN I HAVE MORE WORK FOR HIM.
Description of Work: I HAD RECEIVED SOME BAMBOO BLINDS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEEDED THEM HUNG. ALSO WANTED SOME GOLD MINI-BLINDS FOR MY BATHROOM WINDOW. I ALSO HAD SOME WHITE MINI-BLINDS THAT I WANTED INSTALLED IN ANOTHER ROOM.
