professional. Some of the windows had the remote control power. These are still working well nine months later. Because we were so happy with the blinds and their service, we called them back to install more of the same in the living room - about eight more blinds. One or two of the handles needed to be replaced. They ordered these handles and brought them to the house to attach them in a timely manner. We really appreciated this prompt service. I would definitely use the Blind Spot for future needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We recently purchased a new house and had to take down all the blinds due to window casing that was installed. Our new house has many windows so needless to say we were quite nervous about how much it was going to cost us. We called 3 contractors to give us an estimate. Of all the estimates that we received, Jeannine with Blind Spot was the most professional and the most affordable. She was prompt, courteous, and so helpful. We had no idea what we wanted. She spent over an hour with me showing me all my options and listening to my ideas. Together we came up with doing honeycomb blinds - something unique and fun! The other two estimates that I received were in and out within 20 minutes. They didn't seem to care about learning what I wanted. They both told me what all the other houses used in my development and that I should just do that.
The installation went flawlessly. They were on time and very neat. Now all my neighbors have came by and want to change their blinds to what I have. The whole process was so easy. I will never go anywhere else.
