Painting contractor with home improvement certification. I paint interior, exterior and some commercial buildings. Have had a California contractors licence for 9 years. License # 823235. Will use subcontractors for faux and special decorative painting and have a competent refural data base for other types of work. I will give a 10% discount if you mentiion that you found me on Angies' List. 10% down payment requiered at time of contract signing with payments during work as indicated on contract and at completion of work,no billing. References on request. I have many repeat customers that have had me paint both the interior and exterior of their homes and are will refer me to neighbors and family. I enjoy doing color consultation and use custom color boards to help customers decide on the best color combinations. I take pride in my work and use the best paint available for the customer needs.
