Called Alex on Friday. After discussing symptoms with me, he quickly assessed likely problem for door not opening. He came to our house on Friday, Alex quickly found the problem and had the necessary part in his truck. The garage door was fully operational within 10 minutes. By finding the best case problem, he saved us hundreds of dollars in replacing the open/close machinery. Nice person, reasonable price, prompt service, quick diagnosis, and willing to work on Saturday. Couldn't be happier. 5+

Years ago, the connections for the garage door and opener were installed incorrectly, but no one else had figured out the solution when we've had tuneups and other pros estimate replacing the opener. My garage door had stopped closing properly about a week ago. It would close almost all the way then automatically reverse course. So I would have to shut it manually from the inside and leave by another door. Alex called me within minutes of me putting in a request for a garage door tuneup. He arrived within two hours on a Sunday. This wasn't an emergency for me but I'm very glad Alex was so accommodating. Alex quickly diagnosed the problems and made a number of adjustments to the door and lubricated what needed to be lubricated. I'm very happy with the service Alex provided. My garage door is so quiet and working so well that now even the dog can't hear it when I open the door. The great price was a bonus. Great job, Alex. Thank you.

Alex came out to give me a quote on a new garage door. Because my door is not a standard size it has to be ordered and would take 4-6 weeks. Alex looked over the door to see all the places it had cracked and was sagging. He gave me a quote on fixing the door and went to get materials. Alex came back shortly with the materials and repaired my old door. I think it works better now than it has in the last 10 years. I plan to order a new door and when it comes in Alex will be the guy I hire to install it. He was great.
