They couldn't locate the clean out so they broke through the main line of my house and then said it would cost me 5600.00 to repair the line because it had collapsed. I called 3 other companies to compare quotes and glad that I did because it turns out the pipe was cleanable. There is a clean out that was easily located and I could have had this all fixed for less than 100.00 had Ace not broke a hole damaged my property.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH ACE HEATING AND COOLING. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE NEW THERMOSTAT PUT IN VERY QUICKLY. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS AVERAGE. THEY MUST HAVE DONE THE JOB CORRECTLY, BECAUSE THE NEW THERMOSTAT WORKS GREAT.
