Horrid - property manager incurred large capital expenses without consulting me just because the tenants asked for them. They bill without providing invoices and the amounts on the Home Depot bill did not agree with what they billed. Property manager was unresponsive to requests for information.

Things are on the right track. The parking lot is being repaired, we have bids for the roofs and other long-deferred maintenance. Brad is doing a phenomenal job.
Description of Work: Brad Hilt and WSR now manage a condo community in which we own property. The community is just emerging from a dramatic and highly charged political and legal battle with the former dubious HOA board and managment company. Fortunately, the good guys won and control is restored to honest and responsible hands, which include Bard Hilt of WSR. He has seen us through this difficult transition period and has been a fantastic resource.

Brad is awesome! My brother and I were renovating my father's house so that it could be rented. We were overwhelmed with all that needed to be done. Brad came on the seen and took over everything giving us incredible relief and peace-of-mind. His expertise and knowlege in the field was immediately evident. Brad didn't collect a penny before the house was rented despite the numerous hours he spent working with us. Brad is still managing the property and we are completely happy with all that he has done for us.
Description of Work: Assessed property and recommended needed repairs. Collected bids in various specialties for our review. Contracted the various companies and oversaw the work. Advertised, showed the property and found renters. Collected rent money and forwarded it to us. Continued to monitor the property and be availabe 24h/7d a week to help the renters as needed.
