Brian was punctual and practical. We discussed options for improving air flow in spare bedrooms and had no qualms about letting me know I could probably do fix myself. Total experience was a win/win. I got repair done, learned about how my AC operates and how I can better take care of it.

Joel, the owner, responded on the service call. I had a new furnace and air conditioning coil installed by Patriot Heating and Air. But, the air conditioner was not working well and fuses kept blowing at the disconnect when the weather got warmer. After evaluating the work done by Patriot Heating and Air who had installed a new air conditioning coil and furnace, he patiently showed me all the work that was either done wrong, or not done at all. Amazingly Patriot had done virtually no sealing and left a 3 x 24 inch opening behind the furnace unit that wasn't obvious without looking behind the unit. (see poor service report on Patriot service 4/22/2011). Actually I'm probably lucky I didn't get carbon monoxide levels bad enough to be life threatening. Joel was thorough and patiently did all the service work that should have been done at the plenum and vent by Patriot then gave me a great price to replace the disconnect that was an original from 1986 when the house was built. The price for all the time and the disconnect was more than fair. When things go wrong finding a company willing to go back and make things right right is amazing. I won't have any other heating and air conditioning company do work for me and I would recommend West Coast Aire Inc to anyone. Thanks Joel!
