Several days after I installed a new hanging crystal chandelier, I noticed the mounting bracket appeared to be slipping. I took the chandelier down and thought I would simply replace the box. WRONG! As soon as I removed the box I realized that I don't have the skills for this repair.
The next morning I called Matthew at Vision and set up an appointment for that afternoon. He arrived on time and had the chandelier hanging from a new box in an hour.
I will call him again when I need his services.
