All talk and no action after they get your money. Dont waste your time or money. Matt was a great salesman at the start, he said all the right things. Had some hiccups on install but it all got finished eventually. Then 5 days after install it rained, I sent pictures of water running down my stucco so Matt was gonna send some guys out, weeks later after follow-up they came and "sealed" the beams. In SoCal it doesn't rain often so assumed all was well. I even referred people to valley patio who had patio covers built by them as well because I am pretty loyal when I get good service. Now fast forward to rain season again and guess what water is leaking in the same spot and this time it was coming inside my house. Reached out to Matt who was going to send someone out, again several follow-up requests later someone came out has no idea why they were there or what they needed to do. Then the guy seals my stucco that was cracked running up my wall from where the beam was drilled into my house with white silicone. Matt said not to worry he was gonna send his stucco guys out to clean up the white spider vein mess on the back of my house and touch up the paint....4 months have gone by since, several rains and follow-up and then I get the brush off of stucco cracks arent covered in the contract he was just being courteous trying to help me but to only email and its not his fault his stucco guys havent been available in 4 months, meanwhile the back of my house is still covered in white silicon spider veins and he won't own up to his word!
