Universal Carpet Cleaning

We discovered a bad leak because water was pooling outside of our house by the bathroom and the wood floor was wet and falling apart.  We hired Chris, who started to work on it the very next day.  He found the pinhole leak by opening the outside wall.  He repaired the leak and then repaired the hole in the wall back to its finish condition.
He then had to remove all of the warped and destroyed flooring.  He located new flooring (which took several trips to find) and then installed it to fit in with our existing flooring throughout the rest of the downstairs of our home.  He also had to remove the toilet to do this and then reinstall the toilet afterward.
Chris did an outstanding job!  The work was flawless.  Not only did he perform all the required work but he even went beyond what was expected by removing the baseboards, removing old glue and nails, and then reinstalling them after he also cleaned them.  I was truly impressed by the extra effort.
I never thought he could match the wood, but you can't even tell the difference.  It looks great.
We had used Chris in the past for some other smaller jobs:  he installed security lighting for us, built bedroom cabinetry, and cleaned carpets and tile.  We were always very satisfied with his work.

Chris did a fantastic job.  He moved furniture (which many other carpet cleaners won't do) where necessary.  He made sure that everything dried properly.  My kitchen tile came out beautiful.  I never knew it could be so clean!  Also, where he repaired the carpet around the doors, it is not even possible to see that it has been patched.  I am very pleased and will use him again for this.
