They called me right away. I set up an appt and they were very punctual and professional. It was one guy and he worked quickly and you could see the way he took off the blinds they knew what they were doing. They did great work and I will use them again for sure. They brought a mobile truck and cleaned them in the truck.

This company was one of only a few in the LA area that could find who offered blind repair services. The owner, Glenn, came out the same day a called and quickly fixed my broken blinds for a reasonable fee. The owner is very professional, courteous and offers upfront and fair pricing. Would highly recommend if you need blind repair or cleaning.

It turned out great. They arrived on time. They got the job done in less than 2 hours. They were very well mannered and made sure the blinds were not dripping when they brought them back into the house.

Glenn gave me the lowest quote, showed up on time (which was a feat in itself, as he had quite a distance to travel from Riverside to south Orange county) and did a professional job with which I am very pleased.
He discovered my blinds were coated, which involved a little more effort on his part, but he didn't charge any extra, only what he quoted me over the phone.
My blinds look great! I recommend him to anyone, including friends and family, and would use him again, if needed.

Rick (owner) called back the next business day to schedule a visit. He also called to confirm before showing up on time. He spent a little over an hour on the two blinds. He has a truck with workspace in the back and takes the blinds out to the truck to work on them.
After rehanging the second blind, he did not like the way part of the mechanism was working and replaced the part (no extra charge). The blinds were originally weighted to overcome initial stiffness of the fabric. Rick removed the weights to put less pressure on the strings and make them last longer.

It did not go all that well. He charges much more for wood blinds and oversized blinds so we ended up only having a little over half of the blinds cleaned by his company.

Very pleased with their punctuality, quality of work, professionalism, friendly attitude. Total of 10 sets of blinds, plus the repair work cost about $250, bit steep, but compared with other cleaning services I've used, the ultrasonic cleaning is by far the best. Recommend these guys - the website offers a $10.00 coupon.
