Took them 5 hours and I had moved all furniture do they could come in and get out quickly. They arrived for their 90 minutes early prio to their scheduled appointment. Wife came along. Not aware that she was part of the crew. Promised to take out ALL MY STAINS. Not the case. Ended up paying more than was quoted over the phone after extensive conversation as to what I had.

The experience went perfect because he was on time and very thorough. The carpets are very clean and fine...like new! The man who came out was very, very pleasant to work with as well. The owner is Mark Castillo.
