 + -1 moreI ADVISED THE TECHNICIAN THAT I WAS GOING TO NEED MY COMPUTER BY THE NEXT DAY, AND I EXPLAINED WHY. TECH SAID NO PROBLEM THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM MY COMPUTER HAD, AND CALLED MY ACTUALLY THAT SAME EVENING. THIS COMPANY HAS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Description of Work: COMPUTER HAD CAUGHT A VIRUS. TOOK MY COMPUTER TO THIS COMPANY TO HAVE THEM REPAIR THE PROBLEM

 + -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID CORRECT THE PROBLEM IT JUST TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID COME TO THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: CAME TO MY HOME AND WORKED ON MY BIG SCREEN TV THAT DID NOT HAVE GOOD SOUND AND THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT. THEY DID NOT HAVE PART WITH THEM SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK
