That's fine. I actually got my neighbor to take on TruGreen as well, so we've used them for a year. We are very happy with them. They are an excellent company and they provide more services than people realize. They do your grass but they also fertilize your shrubs and bushes. They come out of Riverside which is very close to Corona, and Riverside is a long heritage of very excellent scientific people in terms of plants and fertilizing and whatever. So I find them to be a very scientific, responsible company that doesn't charge very much - you know, like sixty-something dollars. They come out every six to eight weeks. It's an excellent company. I don't think any person would have trouble starting or stopping a relationship with them. They leave you stuff on your door and they call you on the phone and let you know when they're coming. It's an excellent business. They are licensed to use products that are not available to the public. The weeds in Corona have become resistant to commercial products. We essentially have created a population of very hardy weeds. I'm kind of a science person, and when I failed to be able to get the weeds out of my lawn, I thought, I don't understand this. I'm putting on very good products that I've bought for years from big companies that sell you bags of granulated products. Nothing was working. Even TruGreen admits that they use products on a lawn and they discover resistant organisms, and they have a Level Two, so I'm about to move up. I have now surpassed the ... I have weeds no one can kill. It's an interesting problem and it's creeping up on all of us; it's like the antibiotic problem. I like the fact that as soon as I mentioned to the fella that I saw some weeds and I was surprised because I didn't expect that after a year of help from them, and he said oh, now we have to move you up to Level Two. There's nobody better than them. You can't get any help like this from any other sort of organization, really. It's about $70. It's a revolving, essentially a subscription that you have, and you don't have to pay them ahead of time and you don't have to give them your credit number. They actually allow you to accept the little bill that they mail you a few days after your service. So especially for people that don't want to get locked into you know, these charges that never go away and your number being used fraudulently, we didn't have to give them anything. They essentially are trusting you that you will pay them when they send you a bill a few days later. But they leave on your door a complete list of every product they used, what their observations are, and recommendations. It's better than going to the doctor. You get better service from TruGreen than you do when you go to your local family doctor. They have very knowledgeable personnel. If you want to go out and talk to the person, they want to talk to you. They hope you'll answer your doorbell. They actually advised us to get a new lawnmower, and they made observations that we would have to change a few things about our watering. I would say their personnel is doing probably far more than what they're getting paid for. They seem highly motivated. Probably they need to improve ways of contacting them. They have a problem with their central office and their regional offices, so it's a large bureaucracy and if you call the wrong number you kind of get in touch with someone in Illinois. The fellas who come will give you their private cell phone numbers. My suggestion would be that they make it a little clearer how to call them between visits, to ask questions. I have refrained from phoning the personal cell phones of fellas who came to my door. But you know what I'm saying, I think customers would perhaps like to know a local person they could call and not be calling Illinois. For price, I think it's excellent; it's not expensive. You could spend that at the store buying the wrong stuff, you know, putting it on and killing your lawn. It's not expensive. You know what else? They guarantee you that if you're not happy after a service, you can phone them and they'll come out and do something else, until you are happy. You get a certain number of services, but if your things going south, you can call them and they will return and do another treatment or make some adjustments to get the results that they have tried to guarantee. I haven't actually done that either, but the man has emphasized to me how I should just call back if I see anything I'm not happy with, and they will come back sooner than their next scheduled visit. They're trying to be extremely cooperative with the client and making sure they're happy. For price I'd think A; you couldn't possibly ask for better than that. For responsiveness, you do have phone numbers to call; it's just like I said, they admit that they've tried to reorganize to be more efficient and so they've centralized like most businesses in America. In fact, at this point you know you really kind of would rather talk to someone in Riverside. Because it's the weather and everything that controls when they come. The hardest part of their business is here in the desert it doesn't rain, but you can imagine their business has to be related to whether it's too hot to put the product on, whether it's too cold, whether it's too wet. And so they actually schedule their visits when they're going to be most effective, which is kind of amazing. You know, your cleaning ladies don't do that; they come every other Tuesday. These people are actually scheduling when they send people out based on the weather. For punctuality, they're right on the money. For professionalism A; they wear a little uniform, they have a truck that's well marked, they're not scary at all. In fact, they send the same man every time and he's a young fellow I've come to like. And you know how people appreciate that, when it's your mailman or your whatever service, when you get the continuity there, it's not only better for them because they can provide better service, but it's a reassuring thing when you open your front door. And you don't have to open your front door. If you're not home and you have to leave your side gate open or whatever it is and they can get access to your property, that's why they call you the day before. It is not a situation where you really must be there and you cannot, so they accommodate a working person or something like that. I am using them and I would use them and I recommended them to the neighbors across the street, who started to use them and are thrilled.
