TKR PLUMBING

Knows his profession well and cleans up after the job is done. In the past, plumbers fixed the issues, but always left the site dirtier. TKR did a great job and left the place clean.

The gentlemen arrived on time and was very easy to communicate with. He was also very knowledgeable. After leaving to go buy a part, he returned in a timely manner and made the first repair. Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem and he returned about a week later to make an adjustment. That didn't work either so he told me how to contact the manufacturer and get a free part. Once we got that he returned to install it. He always arrived when expected, was always cheerful and efficient. I had a few other jobs I thought needed doing but he made suggestions for other ways to take care of them. The guy, Richard by name, almost talked himself out of business but I'll call him any time I need a plumbing job done. Plumbers are expensive but at least with this company you get something for your money. He takes the time to listen and actually attempts to help find permanent solutions.

He's very knowledgeable and he knows what he's talking about. He's a very nice guy and he's easy to talk to. The finished product was excellent, and he's punctual as well. I would recommend him to others. The pricing is very reasonable.
