At the time of the service, everthing went well. Now a few years down the line and I need to use my warranty, they are completely ignoring me. Tehy won't return my calls or give me any answer. The worst thing to get from a company is the cold shoulder. They should not offer a warranty if they are not going to fulfill it.

INITIALLY THE SALES GUY WAS FANTASTIC. THE ACTUAL INSTALLERS STOOD US UP TWICE. THEY MADE MISTAKES ON SIZES. THE HORIZONTAL BLINDS WORK GREAT, BUT THE VERTICAL BLINDS BREAK VERY EASILY. THE WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE BUT IT IS HARD TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT FOR THE REPAIRS. OVERALL THE PRICE WAS GREAT BUT THE QUALITY IS POOR. INSTALLATION WAS DIFFICULT.
