I called Joseph to make an appointment. He came out the next day. I showed him all of the closets I wanted done (7 in all). He spent about a half hour or so doing his measurements. Then we sat down and he was able to show us the layout of every closet with his suggestions on his laptop. He also emailed me a copy of everything which was nice to have on hand after he had left. He was so easy to work with and very helpful in making suggestions that would suit our needs. The work was done a couple of weeks later in a day and a half by two very nice gentlemen. I love my closets and just wish I had done this sooner!!

I made an appointment with Joseph Chang, the owner of Tailored Living, for a free in home consultation. He arrived on time for the appointment. He was personable and very friendly. My wife and I conveyed our desires for the closet, even a space for our security safe. He was very receptive to all our wants and provided a design that my wife and I liked. Jacinto, his installer, did an exceptional job, considering he was alone. The installation went very well. We were happy until my wife noticed that the space for the safe was too small. I measured our safe, and sure enough, too large for the space provided. I called Joseph and left him a message to come and view the mistake. He called back and was honest enough to say that he didn't measure our safe. As compensation, he offered to give us a smaller safe for free. But all the items in our safe would not be able to fit in a smaller safe, so we compromised and agreed on installing two drawers instead. That's when things went south. Re-scheduling for the installation of 2 drawers, and other misc. items, became a nightmare. Set appointments were cancelled, re-scheduled and cancelled again. I finally told Joseph to place our job as a priority because I was tired of waiting. It took almost 3 weeks to finally install the drawers. What bothered me the most is that Joseph did not make any effort to oversee the project and to ensure that the customer was happy; customer relation became non-existent. He didn't even call at the end of the project to find out if the closet was to our satisfaction. It felt like he became in-personable after we signed the contract.

Joseph Chang is the owner and he came to our home to give us an estimate for a closet organizer for our walk in closet and a desk/book shelves for the office. He was on time and very professional. After talking with us and asking us about what we wanted he gave us several ideas for the space. He measured and showed us a complete design on his computer. He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options for price range and design. It took a few weeks for the materials to come in after he ordered them. The workers that came to our home were very nice and they came at the scheduled time 9:00 am. They were done with both the closet and the desk/bookshelves by 2pm. They cleaned up all of the trash and they even cleaned all of the shelves. We were very happy with their work.

They were excellent, professional, and provide very personal service. I am very satisfied.
