IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO HAVE TIME IN HIS SCHEDULE TO COME OUT BUT WHEN HE DID HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED WHAT WAS NEEDED & VERY HELPFUL.

SPENCER IS A SMALL COMPANY THAT HAS THE VALUES OF OLD SCHOOL COMPANIES. MY UNIT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, BUT THEY STILL REPLACED IT WITH NO COST TO ME. HIS ORIGINAL INSTALLER WASN'T THE BEST, BUT HE CAME BACK AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING.

IT TOOK A WHILE for THE TECHNICIAN TO SCHEDULE Me IN FOR SERVICE, BUT WHEN HE DID FINALLY COME OUT, HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND THEN HE WENT ON TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS NEEDED TO CORRECT THE problem, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
