We called first to have the sensor repaired and the solar panels inspected.
We could hear water running off the roof into the rain gutters.
They came out repaired the sensor and inspected the solar panels. They found the panels to be in bad shape, several were leaking. They provided an estimate. The sensor has worked great ever since.
We called a week or so later to set an appointment for them to replace the solar panels. They made the appointment just a few days after we called. They showed up on time. They were very professional. They did a good job cleaning up after they were finished.
We have not seen any evidence of leaking.
They gave a 12 year parts and labor warranty. The manufacturer of the panels gives a limited lifetime warranty.
They gave us a $500 off season discount.
Given what we know today, we would recommend them to friends and we would use them again in the future.
