The repair employee impressed me with his overall appearance, confidence, very polite interaction, and knowledge and skill, involving work to be done. I would like to ask for the same person, should I need any future work.

I love my new system-it works very well and is totally quiet! They are lovely people to work with, prompt and very tidy! However, they forgot to install a Merv 15 filter and finally installed it almost a year later...

They were at my residence all day fixing the unit. New everything! They were on time. They did a good job cleaning up and answered my questions.

The technician was thorough and patient with us. He explained the problem that he found. He showed us the part that was damaged and said that he would recommend us replacing the part for our safe3ty and peace of mind.

I noticed my A/C bill had doubled and the air wasn't coming out cold upstairs. I called my, "Friend" who is in the A/C business. He came out and said nothing was wrong. I argued that my unit was working way too hard to cool the house but his inspection turned up nothing. He topped off my refrigerant, cleaned my coils, and called it a day. I came across Sheldon's on the internet and gave them a call because they had great reviews. John came out and inspected the system for $30. He found the refrigerant was low and suspected there must be a leak since I had just had it filled. He entered the attic and immediately found a leak in my evaporator coils. He told me don't fear because the evaporator coil should still be under warranty. He called the manufacturer and negotiated a new unit at no cost. We scheduled an appointment for install. Although the installation was not cheap, it was still a great price compared to what everybody else had posted on the internet. Sheldon's employees drove out to Riverside to pick up the warranty replacement and brought it to my house. They laid down plastic on the carpet, their uniforms were clean, and they each greeted me with a firm handshake. They were extremely respectful and patient even with my dog and four monster kids running around the house. They removed the leaky unit from the attic and inspected the warranty replacement from the manufacturer, prior to installing it. Its a good thing they did because they discovered that unit was also defective with poor welding and dents in three of the coils. They drove back to the manufacturer and retrieved a second, new unit. After a few hours it was installed and my house dropped from 84 to 78 in no time at all. These guys are awesome. Five stars all the way. Everybody I dealt with, from the manager to the secretary, the technician to the installers. They were all a pleasure to deal with. I'm extremely pleased with their service.

They contacted me within minutes of my online request which was in the late afternoon. The made it over the next day at 10:00. The technician quickly determined the issue - which turned out to be nothing more a filter out of place causing the system to shut off. The technician reviewed our system and recommended a replacement due to the age (10+ years) of our system. I was very much impressed with his honesty and courtesy.

Despite being in the middle of a long heat wave with demands very high and being told by other companies that it would be a couple days until they could come out, Sheldons' promised to come the same day I call, although it would be late. They confirmed early evening if I still wanted them out and arrived at about 7:30. Even though it had been a long hot day the tech was very professional, friendly and resolved my problem fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again

Brian and John installed a new compressor for the A/C at my office and they were very thorough and quick. Also good with keeping us updated, etc.

I was charged for a "free" service call. The repair man stood on my daughter's bed wearing dusty boots to reach the vent. The good news is that he arrived within the 5 hour window I was given.

They were very professional and the price was right, they also accommodated me so I could pay with my company credit card. The only surprise was when they pulled my swamp cooler up the side of our building leaving a freshly painted building a little scuffed and scratched I should have let them use our forklift, never the less I will continue to use them for maintenance on our units.
