The only thing that I encountered was with the new water heater installation . They were trying to center the water heater on the old too small stand. Verbally it was discussed, and promised, all parts needed would be included for the installation of the new equipment. Somehow in the chaos getting the financing through, it was not was written down in the contract a list of all of the parts needed for the installation of the new equipment. It was too late to put the needed parts into the financial package. It caused me a short term financial situation to cover. Other than this it was a 5 star job from start to finish. I would highly recommend SHELDON'S anyone. A 5-star value added experience all the way through.
