THIS COMPANY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. MY HOME FLOODED AND THEY BROUGHT OUT THEIR FANS, WHICH THEY WHERE SUPPOSE TO CHECK DAILY. THAT WAS NOT DONE. WHEN THEY DECIDED TO COME BACK TO MY HOME MY WALLS WERE STILL WET. WHEN THEY STRETCHED MY CARPET THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. MY CARPET STILL HAS RIPPLES IN IT AND WHEN I WALK ON MY CARPET IN FEELS LIKE I AM WALKING ON CEMENT AND LEAVES ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE PADDING THIS COMPANY USES IS VERY THIN AND CHEAP. PLEASE I ADVISE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ANOTHER ISSUE. WHEN YOU CALL THEM ABOUT PROBLEMS THEY DO NOT CALL BACK. SO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE FALLS IN THE SAME GUIDELINE AS THERE SERVICE: HORRIBLE.
