Royal Comfort A/C and Heating

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would really have to consider if their service was even worth that. I contracted with Royal Comfort A/C & Heating to help fix my A/C. I should have known from the jump to go with another contractor because the communication was horrible and scheduled appointments were not kept and I was in the dark about the status of the repair. Regardless, when we finally had them come over, they ended up getting the wrong part which set us back a few days then when they returned to do the work, they were able to temporarily get the system running just for long enough for them to make it out the door after I paid them. Not to mention, they quoted a certain price and we agreed on it and I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was at work and they raised the price when speaking with my wife by $250. Fast forward a week later, the unit no longer works and we are right back to where we started. I contacted them and they basically said there’s nothing they can do because they already bought the part and when I suggested that they take it back and refund my money they said they can not do that. EVEN THOUGH THEIR INVOICE SAYS PARTS, EQUIPMENT AND LABOR ARE COVERED UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY. I wanted a second opinion and hired a real technician to come out to see what caused the failure, and you wouldn't believe it... poor installation of motor mount which caused bracket to fall off mount which caused snowball of things leading up to the system being non operational.

Great experience and even happier with the results. Royal Comfort AC did an amazing job of explaining the ins and outs of what they had to offer and made it easy for me to understand my options. Their team did the entire install on short notice (heat wave approaching) and were very professional and thorough in their work. Night and day difference from previous AC to the new AC and duct work they installed for me. Would highly recommend for anyone needing anything related to AC's you won't be disappointed.

Sal discussed over phone first what I wanted. Very easy to tell him what I wanted. He gave a rough estimate than came to house for actual estimate. He was my 3rd estimate and I did not feel pressured into hiring him. He actually offered me an upgraded system than the prior estimate with a longer warrantee. So got a better deal with His business. Took two days from start to finish for a total replacement and ductwork also included a WiFi thermostat that was not offered by the prior two estimators. Everything is perfect and ready for summer heat with no worries now and and in the future. Just registered for the lifetime warrantee, which has its exceptions that I understood for maintenance upkeep. Overall excellent customer experience. Let’s wait to see my electricity bill because this system should lower costs. Good luck with your HVAC replacement experience, I had a great experience as of this review. It went very well. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. the workers were good. They were professional. They answered all the questions I has and they are knowledgeable. As far as cost is concerned, it was reasonable. I actually got more going with him than others because he went above and beyond the offer based on the estimates. They were very productive and I was very impressed with them.

They did a good job. They were quite professional. There was small misstep when they fell through the ceiling but I was redoing it anyway. They figured out how to properly reorganize the whole HVAC system.

It was good. The air conditioner works fine. I had three different companies come out for a quote. They replaced the air conditioner, a week after I still had a problem with the circuit breaker, my neighbor came out and said that the circuit breaker should not be 30. They should've checked the circuit breaker. All AC companies should know this, that they should check the circuit breaker.

this company was the most honest old school caring company that I have hired in years they're genuine and professional of the work they do, I highly recommend them for family friends or even those I don't know on a personal bases, from the bottom of my heart I Thank you and am so grateful to you

Everything went Awesome, from my first visit with Sal, to the great team who installed the unit, etc. Job was completed in one day, They were careful to not make a mess, their pick-up man came the next morning to pick up all the old parts and trash. Give Sal a call!

They were nice people but the product suck. The did a good job putting everything. They were on time and clean.

It was great. He's independent and honest person.
