RKM Heating and Air Conditioning

Replacing my heating & air conditioning system was NOT on my short list of favorite ways to spend my money. But after 10 years of unreliable performance from a previously replaced condenser and 20 years of decent performance from the furnace, it was time for a complete system change out. I knew it would be a big job when it was time, and I also knew that proper matching between the condenser, coil and furnace would give me better efficiency. Not to mention the improved technology over the past 10-20 years. From start to finish, my experience with the RKM team was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, professional and hardworking, I highly recommend RKM for any system replacement job. When our system stopped working, I called RKM and they were at my home within a day. Matthew diagnosed our current system and clearly explained the options to help our decision-making process on the repair vs. replace scenarios. Since we'd already done repairs on the condenser, and the furnace & coil were 20 years old, we decided it was time to stop wasting money on repairs. Getting ready for installation day was a snap with their stellar office staff and automated notifications. On installation day, James & Albert worked hard--even in what must have been 120+ degree conditions in the attic--yes, it was hot! By the end of the day, our home was cooling better than ever! Once the job was done, James clearly explained the new system and ongoing maintenance and reviewed all the work that was done. I was even mailed pictures of their work and diagnostic readings for my records. All in all, a great experience in an otherwise unpleasant situation. Thank you, RKM!

They want to charge me for service for a fan they put in that is faulty. I feel if they put it in and I paid for the parts and labor then and it is under warranty and goes out, I should not have to pay.

Quick response, very through, explained everything showed me pics of unit & what needed repaired. Repaired right then no come back later with the part. Ron was great polite, efficient, I definitely will be using this company in the future, as a matter of fact I was so impressed from first contacting them to the finished repair I signed up for the maintenance plan *****
