My mother recently passed away and I was going to sell the house, and so my sister was going to buy it. Their representative set me up with a lender that could do a re-buy on the house instead of selling it, she also set me up with an escrow company and both of them were very good. she was very helpful. and she didn't make a penny out of the deal. She also set us up with an appraiser to help us get an idea of what the house was worth. She didn't spend too much time with me, she came over once to view the house and I even told her that she had can fill in two clients from last year, but she wasn't pushy and did everything to help me with no compensation. I didn't tell her that she can have the listing if the price falls through. She had very good people skills and she lined up all the right people. Whether she gets a kick back if the deal goes through or maybe she gets a couple of hundred bucks for recommending these people, I don't know, but she had no problems about telling me who to talk to and it worked out good. She was also pretty accurate about the worth of the house. She always called me when said she would, and she came over when she said she would. I would use them again in the future.
