Pop-A-Lock of Riverside

July 2016: When my door knob started having problems, I knew which company to call. In July 2015, Sam from Pop-a-Lock did a great job on my doors. So I called Pop-a-Lock again and arranged an appointment for the next day. On the morning of, Sam called because he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be convenient to come earlier. When he arrived, he checked my identification to confirm that I lived in the house. Then he checked the knob and said that it needed to be replaced. He completed the job quickly. July 2015, Pop-a-Lock: Sam re-keyed several door knobs and repaired several locks. Sam talked about how to maintain the locks. $137

The locksmith arrived promptly and did the work so efficiently that my husband called him for lock changes when his company moved to a new location the following week.  A very professional and personable young man.  Will definitely use this provider again.

The employee was prompt, friendly and fast.  He even gave me some advise on programming our irrigation system.  I would definitely use this provider again!

Quick and Easy.

I paid just under $200. They did a good job. We called them at the last minute and they still made an appointment and they did very well. They were very friendly.

Very fast response. .about an hour from my first call. Tech was very personable and pleasant. Worked quickly and finished and on his way with in 45 minutes. Good price. We will use pop a lock again if needed.

Was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. If problem was an emergency (which it was not) they would have come out immediately...so they do have that service if you need it. He was running late from previous job, but I did receive a phone call to let me know he was on his way, so I didn't have to wonder. When he arrived I showed him the problem (key broken inside garden wrought-iron gate). He discovered a valid security issue with my key system and made a corrective suggestion. One which involved a bit more work for him, but did not add to the original price I was quoted on the phone. He was quick, courteous, professional and was able to even work after it got dark without any problems. He was able to fix the lock without having to replace it, and also provided me with brand new keys which he cut right on his service truck. Plus, I had had an issue with the door of the gate not lining up with the lock when it closed, and he fixed that too! All totaled I think he took no more than 30 minutes to fix everything. I was honestly expecting the work to cost a minimum of $100 to $150...but was very happy when the bill was exactly the $65 quoted on the phone. Would I recommend him to others? Definitley. I don't know how far he travels around the Riverside-Inland Empire, but he certainly is someone who knows his craft who you can trust and not break your wallet!!

Art is the owner and came out to the house. I called at around 2:30 pm and he was at the house by 2:45 pm. He was prompt and efficient. He was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

Quick to schedule, on-time, they were done in 40min and the price was very affordable and competitive.

The technician was polite and conscientious. He phoned while he was on his way, to tell me how long it would take. It didn't take more than 15 minutes for him to take off the flat tire and replace it with the spare. As an AAA member this service was included with my membership, so I can't rate his price.
