Here at Plumbing Specialists Inc. we offer all types of services from residential, remodeling to commercial plumbing. Some of our recent projects consist of video line inspections, re-pipes; where you the customer can choose between copper and pex piping. If you hear running water in your wall or feel a hot spot on the floor we can provide you with our leak detection service and repair that pesky slab leak. For those of you that have stoppages weather it be toilets, kitchen sink or a mainline stoppage our Hydro Jetting can be the solution to your problem. Our goal is to provide our customers with honest, knowledgeable service, clean work, and fair prices. Because we charge our services by the job not the hour you will not get cheated. We do our best to satisfy our customers and keep our relationship long term. We always quote you before we start the job and always have one on one contact with you, our valued customer. Well, Patrick did it again! We are changing the shape of our kitchen island and have to move the pipes that will be under the sink. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!. Only it WASN'T because Patrick of Plumbing Specialists is a craftsman with a rare level of work ethic. Yoi can have every confidence that the work is done properly. Third job he has done for us. Highly recommend this company and Patrick.

Great! The plumbers were here exactly when they said they would be, fixed the problem and as far as I'm concerned I would never dream of calling any one other than Plumbing Specialists! The folks there are unlike any other place I have dealt with. They are genuinely concerned about the customer. I thank God for them, we had a problem and at the time didn't have the funds, they came anyway and are letting us make payments! THAT is unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend them above and beyond anyone else.

Anthony performed a service call at our home today. He was punctual, dressed professionally (great haircut! takes great care with his appearance), friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the service call quickly. JR arrived on time, but then informed me that he couldn't conduct an acoustic leak detection since we were outside (something about street noise and birds). He did work very hard to drain the meter box and identified the source of the leak as a joint just under the edge of the box. To be sure that the source wasn't further up on the property, JR dug a hole next to the sidewalk. There was no evidence of a leak there. He left the hole (provided a board to cover it) and instructed me to call the office on Monday to find about getting permits to break up the sidewalk to access the repair. I did as instructed, but got a bit of a run-around. Lacey finally called to follow up and said she would call back the next day after checking with JR about the status of the repair (meanwhile I have a hole and a pile of dirt in my yard). Lacey never called back. I confirmed for myself that the leak was the result of a joint that had never been properly installed. I filled in the hole and called another plumber who was able to complete the repair the same day. It was not necessary to tear out the sidewalk.

My daughters water heater started leaking so I called around and got a few estimates. Plumbing Specialists had the most reasonable quote and were able to schedule the repair the next day. They arrived on time and completed the job within an hour and on price. They also gave us a 15% Angie's List discount. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will definitely use them next time I need plumbing services.

My uncle recommended Plumbing Specialists a few years back and I've been using them ever since. Very professional and friendly, quality work and very reasonable pricing. The first job they did, if they wanted to, they could have charged me thousands for fixing a leak under my slab. However, they offered an alternative of re-routing a pipe and saved me quite a bit of money. Not something many companies would do if they were only out to make a buck. I've probably used them for ten different services since then, from toilets, to new faucets, water heater, you name it. Always a pleasure to do business with them.

Appreciate the attitude and professionalism. First came out to look at an issue with a relatively new shower installed by another company after the original installer did not call us back for a possible warranty repair. He listened, he heard what the issue was, he heard what we wanted and made recommendations no pressure sales. Showed up early on the day promised and completed the work quickly. We are happy to be able to use our shower again and happy with all of the work, and will use this company again. Thanks.

JIM, THE PLUMBER, WAS VERY PROMPT IN GETTING STARTED. HIS WORK WAS EXCELLENT. HE HOOKED UP A FINE SYSTEM. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AS HE WENT SO I COULD STILL FUNCTION IN THE HOUSE.
