I called about mid-October (2007), and Tuleja stated he was not available due to a botched surgery job (on him) and it would be awhile before he could work again. About a month later (maybe on Friday) I called to see how he was doing and he said he would might be able to come over on Wednesday of next week. (This would be the Wed. before Thanksgiving.) He said he WOULD let me know if he was coming or not. He never called. (I assumed he was just not well enough to even call.) About a week later, I called on a Saturday evening. He said he was finally cleared by the doctor to start working again. He said he'll check his schedule, and for me to call him any time the following Monday. I called late morning and he said he'll be over later in the afternoon. He also said he would call me when he was ready to come over. I gave him my home phone number, again. Well, he not only didn't show up, he never called to say he wasn't coming. It's been six weeks or so, and I still haven't heard from him.
Description of Work: Spray exterior of my house for ant infestation. ($95)

I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 10 YEARS , I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS EITHER AT THE STATE BOARD OR THE B.B.B. THE GENTLEMAN THAT WROTE IN WAS UPSET BECAUSE I DID NOT RESPOND TO HIS SERVICE REQUEST. LIKE THE MEMBER SAID IN HIS REMARKS I RECEIVED THIRD DEGREE BURNS ON MY ARMS AND WHEN HE CALLED I EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD WAIT. THOUGH IN MY HEART BEING SELF EMPLOYED I THOUGHT I WOULD BE BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, UNFORTUNATELY THOUGH IT TURNED OUT TO 3 MONTHS. I DID NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN AND NEVER MET HIM. HE KNEW I WAS BURNED, I TOLD HIM UP FRONT. HE COULD HAVE JUST CALLED SOMEONE ELSE. I WILL TELL YOU I HAVE A STRONG CUSTOMER BASE AND FOLLOWING. BURNS ARE TERRIBLE AND I WISH THEM UPON KNOW ONE. I AM SORRY IF THE MEMBER WAS HURT IN ANY WAY DUE TO MY TRAGIC ACCIDENT. THERE WERE ABOUT 18 CUSTOMERS THAT I DID DO SERVICE FOR AND WERE TRULY EFFECTED BY MY SITUATION. THOSE CUSTOMERS RECEIVED FULL REFUNDS AND A $30.00 DINNER GIFT CERTIFICATE AND A FREE SERVICE ON THEIR NEXT CALL. MY LONG STANDING GOOD PUBLIC RECORD SHOULD SAY IT ALL. THANK YOU
