I WAS NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO GET TO ME WHEN I ARRIVED AT THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND THE TECH NEVER ONCE SAID I'LL BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT. THEY NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME.

THEY ADDED MORE MEMORY ONTO MY COMPUTER. THEY ALSO DISCOVERED THAT MY COMPUTER WAS HIT WITH A MAJOR VIRUS. IT WAS HIT BY THE WORM. THEY CLEARED EVERYTHING UP AND MY COMPUTER WAS BACK TO NORMAL

THIS COMPANY I THOUGHT WAS OVER PRICED,BUT BECAUSE I NEEDED THE WORK AND DIDNT WANT TO DRIVE ALL OVER TOWN I USED THEM. SOME OF THE WORKERS AT THIS COMPANY ARE REALLY RUDE AND THATS ONE THING I DIDNT LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE IF YOUR HAVING PERSONAL PROBLEMS YOU SHOULD LEAVE THEM AT THE DOOR. I NOTICED WHEN I WAS ASKING THE SALES REP CERTAIN QUESTION IT SEEMED AS IF SHE DIDNT REALLY WANT TO ANSWERING THEM OR SHE WOULD GIVE ME A YES OR NO ANSWER. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE RECEIVED AT THIS PLACE.
