The service was wonderful. They were kind and they would ask you what they think. They clean up after their work and it was cleaner when they got here. Even it was not part of their job they still do it. They were just amazing. Extremely reasonable price. They were lower than anybody that I've asked. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Johnathan and his crew did an amazing job on our palm trees and three other trees he trimmed for us. He shaped them perfectly.Always cleans up the trimmings. His crew is very polite and makes sure I am pleased

Haven't had much luck with tree trimmers until I found Ortega Jr. Tree Service. Tried them last October and they did an outstanding job. Had no hesitation hiring them again today. Fair price for trimming 5 tall palm trees. Crew of 5 with 2 trucks and a chipper arrived 15 minutes early, trimmed all trees within 45 minutes, disposed of all leaves in a chipper, picked up all small leftover pieces, and blew off the driveway. Lead man conferred with me before they started to ensure they'd do the job to my liking. They were professional, courteous, very prompt and left the yard in the same condition as before. Called them Thursday, did the job the next morning. No mess, no confusion just great performance at a fair price.

Jonathan is easy to work with and very Fair pricing! This is my second time using his services and his crew is beyond excellent! I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

He was prompt about meeting to look at stump and give estimate.  Brought his two workers when he said he would.  They worked diligently and left the area clean.  It did seem a little pricey, especially since the stump had rotted and was fairly easy to remove.

The work they did was good, once you get a hold of someone.  Seem slightly more responsive by text message, but even than only about 50% of the time.  I called to get a quote on some additional work, no response, sent a text, no response.  Called one of the other numbers and spoke to someone who said they would schedule time to come out...nothing.  I called back and asked what happened and was told, oh yeah we can come out now.  I said no, you missed the opportunity and to cancel my regular service.

They were very good.

They do a good job. They were the quickest to respond. They came out the next day when expected for an estimate. I would give them top marks across the board. They are prompt. All they do is leave a bill. I have never talked to them as I am at work. If there are weeds, they rake out the weeds. They trim the roses. It is automatic. I leave out a trash can and they fill it up.
