I buy a monthly service with them. The guy who services my particular property is really good. My first encounter with him he spent a lot of time talking about what type of bug I would see and all that kund of stuff. He's technically sound and they know what they are doing.

If you see a mosquitoes in between they will come out for free. I have been doing this for three years because my husband is highly allergic to them. It also takes care of other bugs as well. They call before thy come. They knock on the door to let you know they are here. I have no problem with them.

I had a letter going to their main office to Atlanta, and sending a copy to the BBB. The very bottom of the form has a tear off part that has account, amount due, $478.08, and the address of Orkin riverside. On the reverse is an automatic payment option. This is very annoying trying figure out what this is, when the manager acts like he doesn't know. I had been using them for 10 years.

ORKIN never gave me the promised $200 and when I called to get the bait stations inspected, they gave me a total runaround and then asked for an additional $900 to do it. I said forget that, and have gone with another exterminator instead. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
