Blanca and John are extremely professional. John usually makes phone contact with you and they either work as a team to clean your home, or Blanca comes solo. I have never had less than a stellar experience with these two. They clean my Mom and Brother's house too. Everyone loves them.
Blanca cleans my house every two weeks. Usually they (John and Blanca) come to your house prior to assess the specific needs of your space, and then they will give you a price. They are very fair. To be clear though, price is based on your individual needs.
If you have specific needs, you can make a request with Mex Am Cleaning to see if they can meet your needs. I'm sure they can.
I don't know what I would do without them. I have a young son and without their extra help, my house would be a disaster.
