F grade. Do not use this service. Look elsewhere. First visit was the deep cleaning and I had to call them back because none of the baseboards were cleaned, hairspray was still on the tub floor and counters. Wipe marks visible on furniture. Dog hair left on carpet. Dust balls behind furniture. Didn't vacuum under the beds. Trash left in one trash can. Knick Knacks were not moved and were cleaned around. Some furniture not dusted or polished, tile floor was steam mopped in some areas and untouched in others. Very poor quality for a general cleaning and this was supposed to be the deep cleaning. Called and complained and they sent a different crew 10 days later. They took care of some of the issues but some areas were still not touched. I called again to complain that I did not receive the service I was sold and they sent out the same crew again 4 days later. Once again they did a horrible job (this time I took photos). I talk to a supervisor and he told me that he would send out his best crew but I just wanted to terminate my contract since I was not receiving the services promised. It cost me a lot of money and I still had a dirty house.

It’s been good and I haven’t had any problems.  I like the people and if there are any problems all I have to do is call the agent they assigned to us.  I haven’t had to do that.  They’re not perfect but they’re pretty close.
